Gerald "Bud" Foster Moore was born July 27, 1943 at Lavaca, Sebastian Co., Ar. He married Sarah Ann Hunter July 9 1854 at McLennan Co., Texas.

Nothing is known about his service except he served in the US Air Force in the Korean War.

Bud Moore passed away May 5, 2015 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. His burial was in the National Cemetery at Fort Smith.

Gerald Foster "Bud" Moore, who resided in Lavaca, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born July 27, 1932 in Lavaca, Arkansas to the late George Foster Moore and Laura Wright Nolen Moore. He was 82 years old.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Ann (Hunter) Moore.

Bud was an industrial mechanic and a car dealer. He was a Korean War Air Force veteran, an avid farmer, and a member of Lavaca First Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 9th, at First Baptist Church in Lavaca, with the Rev. Joe Hall officiating. Burial will be at Oak Valley Cemetery, located south of Lavaca, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

He is survived by his daughter, Georgia Trammell and husband Bob of Paisley, Florida; two sons, Jim Moore and wife Denise of Lavaca and David Moore of Lavaca; six grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Robbie Geheb, Danny Cross, Terry Rambo, Dr. Bob Ward, Dr. Doug Brittian, Robert Woods, and Kelly Hutchins.

Honorary pallbearers will be Benny Rambo, Ronnie Dean, and Jimmy Dan Ray
